• 1, What material is the belt and buckle made of ?

      The buckle is made of zinc alloy, and the material of the belt strap is usually split leather fo cow and top-grain leather of cow.

• 2, How do I know if the buckle and belt strap match my existing buckle and belt strap? 

To ensure a perfect fit, please match your belt width to the corresponding buckle size:

• For 1 1/8″ (3.1–3.3 cm) belts: Purchase the 1 1/8″ buckle.

• For 1 3/8″ (3.4–3.55 cm) belts: Purchase the 1 3/8″ buckle.

• For 1.42″ (3.6 cm) belts: Purchase the 1.42″ buckle.

• 3,How about the quality of the product? I’m worried about the quality of the buckle or belt. How can I tell the quality?

The weight of buckle can be distinguished from that of iron. The density of zinc alloy is higher than that of iron, so the weight of zinc alloy is heavier than that of iron. Generally, the weight of small Automatic/Adjustable buckle (usually to match 1 3 / 8 “genuine leather belt) that we buy in the market is 85-90g , The weight of big Automatic/Adjustable buckle (usually to match 1 3 / 8 “genuine leather belt) is usually 110g. The weight of iron buckle of the same size is only half that of zinc alloy buckle. The feel is light and the appearance is not as good as zinc alloy buckle. You could consult customer service for the identification method of leather.     Yes, we can change the surface and structure of the buckle or belt and make a total new one. You need to consult the customer service directly according to your design.

    The minimum order quantity, production time, and mold cost vary for different processes, please refer to the customization page.

• 3, If I buy a custom logo service, can I print my logo on both buckle and strap?

  Because the making logo of the buckle is different from the process of making the logo on the belt strap , if you purchase the customized logo service of the buckle, then the service is only applicable to the buckle; If you purchase the customized logo service of the belt strap, then this service is only applicable to the belt strap.

• 4,After I customize the logo once, I don’t need to pay the mold fee if I place an order again, right?

  Yes. After you place an order again, you don’t need to choose the customized option, just tell the customer service staff, and then we will print the logo in the right place according to your requirements.

• 1, What is the wholesale price?

  If you order dozens or hundreds at a time, we usually arrange delivery within 5 days. Customer service staff will provide you with the transportation price of different express companies or shipping companies according to the weight, and then select the corresponding carrier company to deliver the goods according to your requirements. The freight will be calculated according to the transportation price at that time.At the same time, we will provide different quotations such as express delivery, postal service, air freight, railway, road freight, sea freight, etc. If you have a designated freight forwarder, they can come to our factory to pick up the goods, or we could ship to the warehouse designated by that freight forwarder.Usually, we also communicate and compare prices with different logistics companies based on the weight of the goods and the destination country, and select the best option.

  The transportation time is usually related to the mode of transportation. Express delivery usually takes 3-8 working days, while air freight usually takes 12 working days. Due to the different vessels, the shipping time is generally between 16 and 50 days. Automobile and railway transportation usually take 30 to 45 days.
